Project 1 Drum loop

For this loop, i used a lot of sounds. Each pattern was started by me just experimenting with one base sound and then building off of that. I changed how hard the beat was hit many times, and changed the pitch a few times. For instance, one of the wood claps was too high and i made it lower. I used a reverb effect to make the loop seem much less dry, and add a depth to it. From pattern one to pattern 2, i used the copy tool, and they both have the same couple of beats. I also changed the volume of different beats, and put in the effect where certain sounds are on the right side, and others are on the left

  1. I like this a lot Nate. You did use a lot of different sounds, but the loop is balanced and I can hear all of the parts. Good use of panning brings clarity to the mix as well.
